SNAPPABOO strives to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible, ensuring all products are shipped accurately. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt, and we will handle the issue promptly.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you, using the delivery method you selected at checkout.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the costs for the lost product will be at your own expense.
